Originally from Hawaii, our bartender, James, eventually found himself in Seattle regaling folks at the bar with stories from his travels and his passion for cocktailing.

Knowing that each cocktail opens up an opportunity to connect the people around him, this spirits enthusiast puts on a show while blending classical knowledge and a geek-like fervor. “I’m excited about working with the ‘Mischief’ makers here.” From the handmade design of the space to the cocktails, James says, “the idea of handcrafted is not wasted in any way.”
