Fremont Mischief is proud to welcome Chef John Wahlke

As a native to the Northwest, John Wahlke has spent much of his culinary career honing his craft to utilize the rich and abundant local resources. His passion for not only learning recipes, but its history and origin of foods, has helped to keep things interesting.

“I was fortunate to find myself in positions where I could really play and experiment.”

John is able to combine this creativity with Mischief’s vision. His menu has an array of flavors along with simple yet delicious small bites. “There is so much amazing product in this region that deserves to be put in the spotlight.” In addition to his culinary skills, an “herb wall” on the rooftop terrace was installed to allow access to fresh herbs for dishes and cocktails.
